Groww gave us a corner of the open-plan floor, desks on every side, and we filled a table with range. It is a smaller kind of event than it looks, no programme to sit through, no sign-up, just a table you pass and a book you did not plan to pick up. People browsed, borrowed, and stood around talking about what they were reading, which is the part no engagement survey ever captures. The culture moment is small, and it compounds.
