At Fedbank Financial Services we ran the fair out of a meeting room, the kind that usually holds forecasts and review decks. For an afternoon it held a tableful of books instead, fiction next to finance, Grisham next to the money titles. People drifted in between calls, turned a few over, and left with something. The picture that stayed with us is the group at the end holding up what they had chosen, which is the whole point, a benefit you can see people carrying rather than one on a dashboard.
