klib at Fedbank Financial Services
We took klib to Fedbank Financial Services for a virtual session, and our founder and CEO Murali built it around a line from Naval Ravikant. Instead of asking which books you should read, ask which ideas you should understand. Reading, in other words, is not a checklist of titles. It is the slow business of understanding how the world actually works.
It is a small reframe with a large effect. Once the goal is understanding rather than a finished title, reading stops being a task to tick off and becomes a way of thinking. You stop counting books. You start collecting the ideas that change how you read everything else.
That is the quiet aim of every session we run. Not to hand anyone a list, but to change the question they bring to a shelf.
