We set a book fair down in the Assets Care office and let the table do the talking, a tight spread that ran from Outliers and The Innovator’s Dilemma to Orbital and a shelf of Ruskin Bond. People came across between meetings, the kind who say they have no time to read and then spend a good while deciding which one to take. The meeting rooms there carry the names of dynasties, and for an afternoon the books outside them held their own. By the end a fair number of titles had left the table for a desk.
